Hiring a wedding planner is ideal as soon as you start feeling overwhelmed by the wedding planning process or unsure where to begin.
Many couples search for a wedding planner because they are planning their wedding for the first time and need professional guidance with venues, vendors, timelines, and design concepts. Others simply do not have the time, experience, or industry connections to plan a seamless and well-organized wedding.
A professional wedding planner transforms stress into clarity and excitement, ensuring that both the planning journey and your wedding day are enjoyable, structured, and unforgettable.

It is recommended to book your wedding planner approximately 1.5 to 2 years in advance, especially if you are planning a wedding during peak season (May to September) or on a popular weekend date.
However, shorter timelines are also possible. The earlier the planning process begins, the more options you will have regarding wedding venues, wedding vendors, and overall availability.
To maintain high-quality service, I only accept a limited number of full-service wedding planning projects per year.

Choosing the right wedding planner is about trust, communication, and personal connection.
You should feel comfortable, understood, and confident in your planner’s approach and style. Every wedding planner works differently, which is why finding the right match for your personality and vision is essential.
I always recommend trusting your intuition. To ensure a good fit, I offer a non-binding wedding consultation where we can discuss your wedding vision, expectations, and planning needs in detail.
-
The wedding planning process is structured, personal, and tailored to your needs.
It begins with your initial inquiry via email or phone. During this first step, we discuss your wedding ideas, style, budget, and expectations. I will also introduce my wedding planning services in detail and answer all your questions.
After our consultation, you will receive a personalized wedding planning proposal. Once you confirm your booking, your wedding date is officially secured.
From there, we begin the full planning process, including concept development, vendor selection, design coordination, timeline planning, and full wedding day execution.

Effective communication is a key part of successful wedding planning.
While in-person meetings are ideal when possible, many couples live in different cities or countries. Therefore, communication is handled flexibly through email, video calls, and whatsapp group consultations.
Throughout the entire planning process, you will receive continuous updates and guidance. I also value direct feedback from both couples and wedding vendors to ensure smooth coordination and a stress-free experience.

I primarily work with experienced wedding professionals I have collaborated with and trust. At the same time, I am always open to new vendors who meet my quality standards after a thorough review.
When selecting wedding vendors, I focus on two key factors:
Style compatibility to ensure your wedding design vision is consistently executed
Personality fit to guarantee a smooth, enjoyable, and professional collaboration throughout the planning process
-
I intentionally choose not to work with vendor commissions to ensure complete transparency and trust in the wedding planning process.
This allows me to recommend wedding vendors based solely on quality, style, and compatibility with your vision, without any external influence.
My priority is always to create a wedding team that is perfectly aligned with your expectations and personal style.
