With over ten years of experience as a graphic designer, I bring together aesthetics, structure, and storytelling with craftsman’s skills, a refined eye for design, high attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and a strong awareness of trends, creating bespoke wedding concepts and design elements that bring your vision to life.
Today, I combine my design background with my passion for travel to create modern destination weddings and adventurous elopements across Europe that feel intentional, meaningful, and deeply personal.
As a Destination Wedding and Elopement Planner in Europe, I guide couples through the entire wedding planning journey from the first ideas and location scouting across to the final design of a seamless and emotionally connected celebration. Every step is carefully structured to feel calm, clear, and effortless.

My vision is to help you find your own “Love Destination”, whether that’s somewhere sun-soaked, hidden in nature, rich in history, or completely unexpected. Places that are not only beautiful, but feel deeply right for you.
My mission is to give you clarity and calm during one of the most emotional and intense times of your life. With structure, guidance, and a clear plan so you can focus on what truly matters: each other.
And when everything comes together, the people, the place, the atmosphere, that’s where the magic happens.
Meet Pia
Berlin is my base, but my heart is always somewhere else, somewhere warm, unfamiliar, and full of stories waiting to be discovered. From here, you will usually find me deep in the creative flow behind my laptop or outside chasing the last golden light of the day. I am drawn to slow mornings, runs through nearby parks where ideas start to unfold, and quiet moments in the kitchen cooking with my partner. Somewhere between all of that, I am always on the hunt for the perfect matcha latte or creating reasons to bring people together, whether something small, spontaneous, or worth celebrating.
When I am not in Berlin, I am most likely following my biggest passion, traveling the world. I have explored 38 countries, spent months on the road in my self-built van across Europe, and I constantly fall in love with new places, cultures, and food. That sense of curiosity and openness shapes how I plan weddings, grounded in real emotion but inspired by the world.
I love watching sunsets, being in nature, chasing adrenaline, road-tripping in my van, backpacking through South America, meeting new people, wandering through markets in Mexico, and eating tacos that taste like everything I love about life, simple, honest, and full of flavor.
I shoot with my Fujifilm camera, have played football since childhood, practice Pilates, and find peace in movement and creativity. Music is a constant source of energy, with Ecstatic Dance, Techno, Afro Beats, and Latin House shaping my rhythm, focus, and flow.

I support you as a wedding planner, either fully or in selected parts of your journey, depending on what you need.
I am your organizer, your creative partner, and your problem solver when things become unpredictable.
I work with a clear and structured process that guides you through every step, without overwhelm or chaos.
To keep everything seamless and transparent, I create a dedicated WhatsApp group and a shared cloud-based space where all details, ideas, and plans are organized in one place.
Communication is open and collaborative. I guide and suggest, but every decision remains yours.
We connect through video calls, making the process easy and personal, no matter where you are in the world. I also offer flexible scheduling to fit your life. So you always know: everything is taken care of.
And on your wedding day, you are not the organizers. You are the guests of your own celebration.
